One encounter, one talk, one dance

“A thought of a special person warms better than any hot drink.”

Ellen Khodakivska

I do not believe in coincidence. I truly believe that someone up there wouldn’t ever be tired of writing the twisty scenarios of our lives.

I met an old man in the park years ago. Someone up there made our life paths cross, giving us a chance to talk. An unexpected encounter and a long talk completely changed my life; it was also a remedy for an old man’s soul. I still believe they leave us a chance to choose; otherwise, I wouldn’t have jogged with my dog that morning and would have never met that man.

Someone up there, in the fluffy kingdom, had prudently organized one encounter, one talk, and one dance of two young people long beforehand. The rulers of the Universe gave the young people dozen of variants of their lives to choose from. But probably, they were destined to choose what they had chosen. Otherwise, this story would have never seen the world.

I do not believe in coincidence. The old man also didn’t believe in them. The old vet believed with all his heart that the lesson of one dance was fated to change not only his and Linda’s lives. “The Everlasting Dance” is predestined to be helpful for all who will read about it in the future.

That’s why if someone accidentally invites you to share a cup of tea or to break into a passionate dance, always think twice – because there are no coincidences. And, probably, the choice you’ll make will be the plot of someone’s book; and the thought of a special person you shared a drink with will warm you in the future.

I sincerely do hope you’ll enjoy reading this story as much as I enjoyed writing it!
